I just saw that I put this as a draft since January 2018! I guess it’s time to publish it. I’ve been away from my website for a long time, now I’m back! Definitely going to write some updates later this week.
“Before celebrate the new year, stop and reflect on the year that has gone by. To remember both our triumphs and our missteps, our promises made and broken. The times we opened ourselves up to great adventures or closed ourselves down for fear of getting hurt. Because that’s what new year is all about — getting another chance. A chance to forgive, to do better, to do more, to give more, to love more. And stop worrying about ‘what if’ and start embracing what will be. So at midnight, let’s remember to be nice to each other, kind to each other. And not just tonight but all year long.” – New Year’s Eve
My favorite new year quote since the movie came out in 2011!
This was my favorite scene, and the scene where Lea Michele sang the song “Auld Lang Syne” was so touching. I watched this movie every years on New Year’s Eve.
